Supervision & structure
Three layers, clearly separated.
The platform, the manager and the funds are separate entities. BOTS Capital handles the selection and the client contact, not the management. The funds are managed by a licensed party.

Technology and selection platform. Runs the BOTS Selection Framework and the client contact. Not a licensed manager or adviser.

Elite Fund Management B.V.
The licensed fund manager. Holds an AIFMD licence and is supervised by the AFM and DNB.

Separate entities
Sub-funds of the Alpha High Performance Fund, with their own assets, segregated from BOTS Capital and from the manager.

AIFMD is the European framework for managers of alternative investment funds. Elite Fund Management B.V. holds this licence: the AFM supervises conduct, DNB supervises soundness. BOTS Capital itself is not a licensed manager.

Four safeguards around your investment.
Safety does not mean 'no risk', investing always carries risk: it means that safekeeping, administration and audit are independent.
Independent depositary
IQ EQ Depositary B.V. oversees the safekeeping of assets and cash flows.
Custodian / prime broker
Securities custody and trade execution through Interactive Brokers Ireland Limited, regulated and international.
Annual audit
Moos Accountants B.V. audits the funds financially every year.
Segregation of assets
The fund assets are held separately from BOTS Capital and from the manager.
