The fund invests in other funds and is therefore partly dependent on the managers of the underlying funds, who may be less transparent. In addition, the fund and the underlying funds can use leverage, which can amplify both gains and losses. Currency rates and investments in less liquid or complex instruments can also lead to larger fluctuations or losses. The terms depend on the size of the invested assets, in two classes.

Class A up to €500,000: Entry class; 2% management fee · 20% performance fee (high water mark). Exception for Protector I: 1.5% management fee · 15% performance fee.
Class B from €500,000: Standard class; 1% management fee · 10% performance fee (high water mark)

Management & supervision

Data-driven by design, from management to custody.

The funds are independent entities, managed by Elite Fund Management B.V. (AIFMD licence, listed in the AFM register). Assets, administration and control sit with independent parties. BOTS Capital is the technology and selection platform: we provide the BOTS Selection Framework, the marketing and the client contact, not the fund management.
