What exactly does BOTS Capital do?
BOTS Capital is a technology and selection platform. Since 2018 we have used the BOTS Selection Framework to identify the most interesting investment opportunities worldwide, through the power of AI algorithms. We call that The Selection. BOTS Capital is not a licensed asset manager itself: the independent funds are separate entities, managed by Elite Fund Management B.V.
What is the BOTS Selection Framework?
The BOTS Selection Framework is our selection model. Every month we share a selection of exceptional teams, strategies and market opportunities identified by this model: The Selection, our free monthly publication. You subscribe free of charge and receive The Selection in your inbox.
Who are the BOTS Capital solutions for?
We focus on high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, families and holding companies. If you want to follow the worldwide selection, you can subscribe to BOTS Selection free of charge. Professional investors and family offices can be introduced to selected teams.
How safe is my money in the funds?
Your investment is never held by BOTS Capital itself, but in a fund managed by Elite Fund Management B.V., an AIFMD-licensed manager supervised by the AFM and DNB. The fund assets are legally segregated and held in a foundation, which keeps the operating assets of the organisation separate from your investment. If, hypothetically, a party in the chain runs into trouble, your money legally remains your money. That says nothing about market risk: the value of your investment can fall and you can lose (part of) your investment.
Can I subscribe through my company or holding?
Yes. You can participate in the independent funds through your holding company or B.V. Our team guides the business onboarding personally. Call +31 6 24 59 37 34 or schedule a call.
What happens to my wealth if I pass away?
If you pass away, we guide your next of kin personally through the whole process. Your wealth reaches your family or heirs safely and carefully, without unnecessary stress and with personal support.

Who manages the funds, what investing costs and which risks you take.
Who manages the independent funds?
The three funds are sub-funds of the Alpha High Performance Fund and are managed by Elite Fund Management B.V., an AIFMD-licensed manager supervised by the AFM and DNB. BOTS Capital is responsible for the selection and for client contact, and is not a licensed manager or investment adviser itself.
From what amount can I subscribe to the funds?
The independent funds are accessible from €2,000 (class A). From €500,000, class B applies with reduced terms. Institutional investors can contact us for the terms.
What does investing in the funds cost?
The costs depend on the size of your invested assets, through two fee classes: class A (from €2,000) and class B (from €500,000, with a management fee of 1% per year). The larger the assets, the lower the costs. All costs are specified in the prospectus and the Key Information Documents (KIDs).
What does high water mark mean?
A performance fee is only charged when the fund reaches a new highest value. If the fund falls first, you only pay a performance fee again once that loss has been fully recovered.
How do I know which fund suits me?
That depends on your goal, your horizon and your risk tolerance. The fund comparison puts all key figures side by side and the fund selector gives you a first direction. In a personal conversation we go through your situation; the choice always remains yours.
What risks do I run?
Each fund invests in other funds and therefore also depends on the managers of those underlying funds. Underlying strategies can use leverage, which magnifies both gains and losses. You can lose (part of) your investment. Read the prospectus and the KID for the full risk section.
Where can I find the prospectus and the Key Information Documents?
All documents are on the Documentation & safety page and with every fund. You also always receive them before you participate. These are Dutch-language legal documents.
How do I follow my investment?
In the secure BOTS Capital web app you see your portfolio, your deposits and the performance of your funds. You also receive periodic reports.
What about crypto services?
Crypto services sit with our subsidiary Holland Crypto B.V. (DNB registration R183460). Pending a MiCAR licence, this service has been closed to new clients as of 1 January 2026. The independent funds are separate from this.
